VERY IMPORTANT! Art on the Square does extensive advertising which includes design magazines, tourism materials and regional billboards. All these ads feature the work of selected artists. To have your work considered, you must send an image at 350dpi to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
By accepting our invitations to the 2017 show, you also give your permission to Art on the Square to use your images for up to 18 months.
Booth fees are due by March 6. BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE MADE BASED ON THE DATE YOUR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Specific location requests cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to fulfill these requests.
Booth fees can be paid by PayPal or by check. PayPal payment requires an additional $5.00 handling charge for booths at $350 and $400. For booths at $500 and $600, there is an additional handling charge of $10.00. No additional charge is required if paying by check.
Booth assignments will not be available until check-on at the fair.
